At Moana minis, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please review the following guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy. It is important to note that these conditions do not limit your rights or options under the Australian Consumer Law.


  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them. This entails the item being unwashed, unworn, and in its original undamaged packaging, with all tags securely attached.
  • In the event of an order error, kindly contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details and provide any relevant pictures if necessary.
  • For issues relating to manufacturing faults, please reach out to us via email within our 3-month warranty period. Include any relevant pictures along with proof of purchase.
  • Please understand that we do not accept returns for products based solely on a change of mind
